We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists with various procedures and provide excellent patient care.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Proficiency in dental assisting techniques
- Knowledge of CAD software for dental applications
- Experience with dental practice management software Tracker
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to work with patients of all ages, including pediatrics
- Understanding of orthodontic procedures
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
