Requirements:
- House Cleaning Experience: (Required)
- Vehicle: (Required)
- Use Vehicle to pick up cleaners at pick-up location and drive to cleans.
- Lead the team according to training.
- Available Mon-Friday (weekends optional)
- Friendliness (with team members and clients)
- We are a pet friendly company
- Reliable/Dependable and on-time
- Have a personal phone with data plan (for clock in/out)
- Can meet at pickup location
- Can follow directions
- Takes the job and leaders instructions seriously
LOCATION: Pickup location at Square One Dr, Mississauga, ON L5B 2C9
SHIFT: Must be available Mon-Friday, between 8:00am-6Pm for 15- 35 hours/week
PAY: $20 as a Cleaner and $25/h if Team Leader.
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance Bonuses and Rewards
- Tips (Cleaners keep 100% of tips! and yes clients tip frequently.)
- Opportunity to become team lead ($25/h)
What working with us looks like:
- Pick up team at pick-up location
- Be on time
- Perform our Premium, VIP and Deep cleans according to the training (Includes vacuuming, dusting, wiping etc.)
- Moving reasonably light furniture to clean under and behind them
- Be professional with co-workers and clients
- Manage schedule, clock in/out through an app
