Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue acquisition, development, and leasing opportunities in the industrial sector
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and industry partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing real estate operations and teams
- Extensive knowledge of the Vancouver industrial real estate market
- Real estate License
- Strong financial acumen and experience in property valuation, acquisition, leasing, and development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in real estate software and financial modeling tools
