We are currently seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our support team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.
Performance Objectives
Our Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for helping to drive customer success. This role provides training, tools, and resources for customers to understand and support the Business Automation products they have purchased.
- Coordinate and execute onboarding activities for suppliers via email, OpenInvoice, and phone as per the Service Level Agreements.

Create and execute supplier strategy for new projects and new product implementations of moderate to high complexity, as required to drive a successful rollout.

Complete and execute Supplier Optimization Program analysis, and all associated tasks.

Provide timely and quality support to clients.

Gather information necessary to make decisions; anticipate and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Work autonomously with general direction from team manager.

Conduct training for customers related to best practices on product processes, and supplier onboarding related activities.

Focus is exclusively on the e-payables product line.

Requires broad knowledge of various operational procedures and tools.

Provide training and assistance for Associate Customer Engagement Specialists.
Competitive Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
-
3-4 years related experience in software service delivery and/or accounting/finance.

Experience in oil and gas industry preferred.

1+ year experience in project management preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Proficient with customer facing tasks such as presentations and onsite activities.

Strong organizational skills, set priorities and meets client needs.

Ability to learn new skills with little guidance to meet client needs.
