We are seeking a FULL TIME receptionist at our Portage location to work Monday to Friday, with shifts from 6:30am - 2:30pm (hours may vary during training period)
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Precise attention to detail
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Professional and reliable
- Strong computer skills
- Occasional work as an aide, assisting physiotherapists with patients
Duties include:
- Booking appointments
- Sending claims off to insurance companies
- Taking payments
- Ordering supplies and tracking inventory
- Various administrative tasks
Candidate should be service-oriented, flexible, capable of multitasking, have excellent phone skills and enjoy working in a busy environment.
*No weekends
