We are currently recruiting for a Claims Manager to join our Inside Claims team. This is a hybrid role working out of the GTA or Kitchener/Waterloo regions in order to be able to attend client meetings where possible.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will profitably manage, monitor service quality and mentor employees responsible for delivering specialty services.
Requirements:
- Recommended to Post Claims Manager Health & Affinity Claims

Minimum 2 years in Claims Leadership

Minimum 5 years with health claims handling

Minimum 2 years of client management
-
Experience in either Workers Compensation, STD, LTD, Disability or Affinity and Travel Claims

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
