Deans Carpet One is a third generation family owned and operated business that is now Hiring Independent Carpet Crews for a very busy and well known company that has been in business for 63 years. Steady and guaranteed work is available for the right crew who has the skillset and attention to detail needed to perform to our standards. Our company prides itself on being known for the highest quality installations available in our area. We only sell high quality brand name products and great efforts are made to ensure that all details of any specific job have been accounted for prior to the installer’s arrival. All materials will be specified in correct quantities and available prior to the start of each job and customers are always prepared properly and screened thoroughly to ensure our ability to complete a successful installation where all parties are happy and satisfied with the results.
Potential installers must be licensed, insured, maintain a professional appearance and be organized, punctual and able to manage communications and craftsmanship to a very high level.
Our primary needs are for broadloom carpet & pad and carpet tile. Installers must have all tools needed and be experienced with proper leveling and floor prep, correct placement and staggering of products, installing new trim and removing, baseboards. Most of our jobs are Custom builds & residential with on occasion commercial and industrial projects and involve moving furniture and removal and disposal of existing flooring. Crews must have a minimum of 2 people on the jobsite at all times. It is also extremely important that the installer be well spoken and willing and able to create a positive work place with a variety of different customers. Full time work is available and we prefer to have crews work for only us but, part time (fill in) work may be available and considered for the right crew.
