Back Shop Attendant – Lebovic Golf Club
Lebovic Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a Back Shop Attendant. This is a hands-on, active role where customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail are key. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
- Greet golfers in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide information about course policies, tee times, and amenities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Golf Cart & Equipment Maintenance
- Clean and maintain golf carts
- Stock carts with scorecards, tees, pencils, etc.
- Perform basic maintenance checks and report issues
Facility Maintenance
- Maintain clean and safe course, practice, and storage areas
- Pick up range balls and complete garbage runs
- Fill sand/seed bottles, club & ball washers, and stock coolers
Tee Time & Check-In Support
- Check in golfers and confirm tee times
- Assist with golf bags and direct players to starting tees
- Help ensure smooth operations and proper pace of play
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce course rules and proper equipment use
- Maintain safe operations across all areas
Additional Duties
- Opening and closing responsibilities
- Event setup (registration, contests, hole sponsors)
- Support pro shop, clubhouse, and maintenance teams

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of golf operations is an asset
- Ability to operate golf carts and small machinery
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible schedule (weekends and holidays required)
