Job Title: Business Development Manager (Canadian Sales)
Location: Calgary, AB (on-site)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary Range: Based on qualifications
Start Date: Immediately
Position Overview:The Business Development Manager will help grow GEO PSI’s presence in the Canadian energy market by promoting our products and technical solutions. You’ll learn about our technology, identify new opportunities, and work with customers to match their needs with the right solutions. This role is perfect for someone who’s motivated, curious, and excited about combining tech knowledge with sales and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and business development in Canadian market, focused on energy companies.
- Provision of business plan and market strategy on an annual basis, with quarterly updates.
- Possess and develop own knowledge of products and solutions to capture market opportunities for GEO PSI’s products and services.
- Account management, including proper use of Geo PSI’s CRM system.
- Coordination of Sales orders with Service Manager.
- Observe and comply with all GEO PSI's policies and procedures.
- Performing other duties as assigned by Corporation or its officers.
- Reporting activities to North America Technical Sales Manager.
- Timely processing and detailed accounting of your expense report.

Qualifications and Skills:
- A Technical Diploma or degree in oil and gas or a related field.
- Experience in sales and business development within the Canadian market, preferably with a strong focus on the energy sector.
- Strong capability in creating and executing market‑exposure strategies in collaboration with marketing leadership.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in additional markets using an established professional network.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and maintain deep knowledge of GEO PSI’s products and solutions to effectively position offerings in the market.
