ECOMMERCE ADMINISTRATOR
For more than 50 years, Lenbrook has specialized in high-end audio manufacturing and the distribution of premium consumer brands, including multi-room streaming, powered speakers, and amplifiers, while also distributing select consumer electronics across North America.
E-Commerce represents one of the key areas of growth for Lenbrook, and so we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Ecommerce Administrator to join our team. The ideal applicant would enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment. They will be self-motivated, detail oriented, and someone who can successfully balance multiple tasks and deadlines. The primary goal of this position is to help support the sales efforts of our e-commerce team by entering orders, processing returns and answering customer queries.
A Day in the Life:
· Accurate and timely handling of orders
· Accurate and timely inventory updates on various customer platforms
· Effective handling of emails and phone calls with end customers, internal tech support, and operations teams
· Supporting E-Commerce Account Executives with marketing initiatives by implementing ad spend across various platforms
· Monitoring prompt inventory turnaround – from order entry to outbound shipments, working closely with the E-Commerce Account Executives, Distribution services and Tech Support team, communicating with both customers and internal staff depending on the shipment destination.
· Managing inventory levels, both by working with the internal team on supply planning, forecasting, and managing returns
· Maintaining accurate product and pricing files and databases, as well as related on-line Customer databases
· Processing warranty return authorizations and claims on a timely basis within the appropriate policies
· Participating in quarterly physical inventory counts.
· Other duties, as assigned, such as providing occasional back-up to other Sales Administrators on the team
What You Bring to the Team:
· Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, e-commerce business
· Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals including Amazon
· Strong knowledge of the e-commerce space, including creating listings and managing sponsored ads
· Familiarity with e-commerce tools such as Shopify, NetSuite, SAP or others
· Proactive, responsible, self-motivated, and organized team player
· Excellent verbal/written communication skills
· Extended hours required occasionally – month end, inventory count etc.
· Strong keyboarding skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
· Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure a must
· Bilingual (French) skills would be an asset
Total Compensation: $45,000–$47,000 annually (inclusive of base salary and variable sales incentive)
