Duties:
CNC PROGRAMMING:
Responsible for creating, preparing and modifying Computer Numerical Control (CNC) programs using TruTops Classic and TruTops Boost software for:
Trumpf 5000R
Trumpf TruPunch 5000
Trumpf TC 2020
Trumpf Trulaser 2030
Create and/or revise programs for new or existing parts/products.
Maintain Engineering changes
SETUP/OPERATE:
Setup Punch center and perform tooling set-up/changeovers
Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces
Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
