Fred Victor is seeking a Data and Program Evaluation Analyst to join our Programs & Services department and be part of
the Data, Quality & Research unit in Vice President, Programs & Services Office (VPPS Office) to start this Summer
(July/August 2026).
The Data and Program Evaluation Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of data across the
HART hub and other programs/services, monitoring HART hub program and service performance, building dashboards,
and evaluating outcomes. This role will support Fred Victor’s commitment to high-quality services by ensuring that data
collection processes are accurate, consistent, and aligned with best practices. The position will involve regular
collaboration with program managers and quality assurance staff to analyze data, track performance indicators,
automate dashboards, and ensure adherence to established data governance and quality standards. The position will
report to the Associate Director, Data Quality & Research, in the Vice President Programs and Services office as a part of
the collaboration on the HART hub.
The ideal candidate will be adept at critical thinking, dashboard automation and quality analysis. The individual will be an
effective communicator, and efficiently act on priorities containing sensitive information, with impeccable attention to
detail in achieving timely results. Understanding the importance of continuous quality improvement and engagement
efforts in achieving excellence across the Programs & Services department, the Data and Program Evaluation Analyst will
work collaboratively with other members of the Programs & Services department to support quality assessment initiatives
with health equity considerations. They will also analyze qualitative and quantitative data, complete reports, articulate
visualization and present findings and have demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
and other data visualization tool like PowerBI. The ideal candidate will also have experience with client record databases,
quality assessment tools and creative presentation software.
The Data and Program Evaluation Analyst will operate with integrity and facilitate an accessible, anti-oppressive,
professional disposition in internal and external interactions, representing the work of the department.
