Arkline Freight is growing and looking for an experienced AZ Company Driver for long-haul Canada/U.S. dry van operations.
We're looking for one professional driver who wants steady work, competitive mileage pay, an assigned truck and a long-term position with a growing carrier.
If you're tired of slip seating, inconsistent miles and being treated like a driver number, we want to hear from you.
COMPENSATION
Canada Miles: $0.55/mile + HST
U.S. Miles: $0.60/mile + HST
Additional Pay
✓ $100/day Layover Pay
When an eligible layover is required while you're on the road.
✓ $25 Additional Stop Pay
Paid for each eligible additional pickup or delivery stop.
✓ Performance Bonuses
Additional earning opportunities available for strong performance, reliability and professionalism.
✓ Long-Term Rate Increases
We want drivers who stay. Reliable long-term drivers who consistently perform will have opportunities for increased compensation.

At Arkline Freight, you're not driver #500.
You'll have direct communication with dispatch and management.
When there's an issue on the road, we want it addressed quickly rather than having you passed between departments.
✓ 24/7 DISPATCH SUPPORT
Drivers have access to dispatch support while operating on the road.
Communication, safety and keeping the truck moving are priorities.

REQUIREMENTS
Valid Ontario AZ Licence
Minimum 3 YEARS verifiable AZ tractor-trailer experience – MANDATORY
Clean or acceptable driver's abstract
Clean or acceptable CVOR
Must be legally eligible to enter the United States
Must be legally eligible to operate commercial vehicles in Canada and the U.S.
Cross-border experience preferred
Experience operating 53-foot dry vans preferred
Strong understanding of Hours of Service
Professional communication
Reliable and safety-focused
Able to work independently
