You'll be on a client care team, supporting 8 - 10 top-producing real estate professionals as they provide concierge-style service to luxury buyers and sellers.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Care Representative.
Position Overview: As a Client Care Representative, you will be an integral part of our client services team, ensuring that every client experiences the highest level of care and satisfaction throughout their real estate transactions. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the real estate process.
- Transaction Support: Assist clients in navigating the various stages of real estate transactions, including document management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client concerns or issues, demonstrating a commitment to delivering outstanding service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about current real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide relevant information and guidance to clients.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system (we use Salesforce), ensuring all interactions and transactions are documented for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License & Vehicle: Essential for client meetings and property visits.
- Real Estate Experience: Prior experience in reception, sales, or customer service within the real estate industry is preferred. An advanced understanding of real estate transactions and processes is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client relationships and tasks simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail is required.
- Independence: Ability to work independently is a must.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, and experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Personal Attributes: Dedicated, trustworthy, and honest. A resourceful self-starter with a keen desire to learn.
