Pick & Pack Associate (Forklift Training Provided)

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
- Move and handle inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and shipping products.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as required.
- Train new employees
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is an asset but not required.
- Good physical condition and ability to safely lift and move products; ability to stand, walk frequently, bend, squat, lift and move loads of 20-30 lbs.
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
- Interest in obtaining a forklift operator certification.
Education & Compensation
- Hold a high school diploma
- Forklift certification training and related costs will be fully paid by the employer.
- Forklift operation represents approximately 6 hours per week.
- Starting wage: $18.00 per hour.
- Wage increases to $20.00 per hour upon successful completion of forklift certification.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
40 hours / week
