Responsibilities

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Utilize point click care systems for documentation and patient management.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and pain management strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet evolving health needs.
Experience
- A valid Registered Nurse license is required.
- Experience in a long term care setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with case management practices is advantageous.
- Proficiency in medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Strong skills in patient care, pain management, and medication administration are necessary for success in this role.
