Your Impact
Acumetis is seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Partner, Medical Affairs to expand our Medical Affairs practice. This executive leadership role is responsible for accelerating revenue growth, cultivating client relationships, and delivering transformative impact across the life sciences industry.
As a member of the firm's Medical Affairs leadership team, the Partner will be accountable for practice performance, market positioning, client acquisition, and the development of innovative medical affairs solutions that address the evolving needs of biopharmaceutical organizations. The successful candidate will combine deep scientific and strategic expertise with a proven ability to build businesses, develop high-performing teams, and influence executive decision-makers.
The Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Medical Affairs, Global Value Access, Patient Access & Support Services, Insights & Analytics, and Commercial Strategy & Launch service lines while driving the continued growth and reputation of Acumetis as a premier strategic consulting partner.
Guide clients through critical business challenges across the product lifecycle, including launch excellence, evidence strategy, medical transformation, field medical optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred (PhD, PharmD, MD, MBA, MPH, or equivalent).
15+ years of progressive leadership experience within life sciences consulting, Medical Affairs, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related healthcare sectors.
