We’re focused on growing and monetizing the world's most passionate digital audiences by recruiting high performers who know how to go for gold, work with their team, solve problems in real time, and speak up with creative ideas.
The Enterprise Customer Solution Architect will work within our Leagues and Federations Business Unit to lead the engagement of our SaaS Product(s) for our large Enterprise customers. Their focus will be on meeting our Time to Initial Value goals by leading & coordinating technical and business stakeholders both internally and externally. They are customer-facing, bold, experienced, and confident in both their engagement and our platform capabilities. They will rally internal and external stakeholders around a strong, tight, executable plan to deliver continuous incremental value which can be created for the customer at each stage of delivery and beyond. We are looking for a leader ready for their next large challenge, bringing broad enterprise experience across a variety of disciplines including our customer-facing business areas, enabling business units, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Create actionable value driven strategies with senior client stakeholders, including CTO’s, CIO’s, CSO’s and CMO’s by driving StellarAlgo’s value proposition and integrating its vision synergies with client enterprise data initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and features to meet the customer’s needs and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Report up to key internal stakeholders including the Business Unit Leader, CEO, CTO, CRO and COO on milestone progress, risk mitigation strategies, and contingency plans.
- Understand how platform users operate from a business and technical perspective and identify gaps between their goals and the delivery, capabilities and operations of the platform
- Ensure customers are successful by understanding what they’re doing and what they want to be doing, and conveying actionable analysis back to the delivery, engineering, product and support teams
- Stay up to date with the latest customer data platform, master data management trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and proactively share knowledge with the team and customers.
- Conduct technical presentations and workshops to demonstrate the value and feasibility of Stellaralgo’s solutions to customers
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and the VP of enterprise delivery to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as an enterprise solutions architect or enterprise solutions engineer in a customer facing role
- Demonstrated knowledge of SaaS enterprise architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions across multiple platforms, including cloud-based environments
- Demonstrated stakeholder facilitation and communication skills, with specific experience in driving decision-making and problem-solving across multiple stakeholder audiences (technical and non-technical alike)
- Demonstrated Enterprise program management experience with 8 or more years of experience and ownership of at least 2 large enterprise projects in a complex stakeholder environment
- Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Solution Architecture and/or Solution Engineering of Enterprise B2B solutions or software products as well as 5 or more years in a technical role including at least one of data engineering, data architecture, software development or development management.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technical strategy as it relates to operating and growing SaaS businesses
- Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent education and/or project management experience
Great Additions:
- Demonstrated knowledge in Customer Data Platforms and Marketing Activation Platforms
- Strong knowledge of StellarAlgo, KORE, 601a and League infrastructure and platforms
- Strong working knowledge of the StellarAlgo platforms, processes and architecture
- Familiarity with JIRA / DOMO / SAP / Google Suite / AWS / GCP
