This role will provide you with the opportunity to understand how the firm works from behind the scenes as well as great exposure to leadership, all accounts and partners across the firm. You’ll join our CNS Quality & Risk Management team helping to support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a driven enablement professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. This is a rotational position with a minimum commitment of 2 years initially with the potential for extension if desired.
Your key responsibilities
As Business Concierge for EY’s Client Experience Centre, you will be responsible for Global monitoring and helping teams gather the required data. You are a driven workplace services professional who enjoys working in tandem with your colleagues while striving to understand and anticipate customer’s needs to exceed expectations. Your role will be a new service aimed at helping project teams through our internal governance processes to drive a high level of compliance and create an ease for our project teams to work through the internal processes. As such you will have great exposure to the various deals in Canada, across all sectors and competencies providing a tremendous learning opportunity and exposure within the Firm.
Your key responsibilities also include:
Providing a supporting service to account teams/pursuit teams to ensure they understand the steps they must take during the pursuit process as it relates to our various regulatory requirements for PACE and BRET
Technology support: Liaising closely with the technology team maintaining Canadian Quality website
Planning & preparation: Participating in team meetings, reviewing upcoming events, discussing logistical matters, identifying, and resolving potential challenges
Planning, preparation, and support delivery of onboarding training for Leadership and teams across Canada
Supporting client serving teams with preparation of their BRETs, and PACEs

To qualify for the role, you must have
Exceptional client service experience

Outstanding communication skills and a keen eye for details
Ideally, you’ll also have
Professional services firm experience
The ability to communicate in both French and English
