Lift truck operator – Full-Time (Afternoon Shift)

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay: Starting at $22.20/hour
- Increase + benefits after 3 months
- Full rate: $23.80/hour at one year!

What You’ll Do
- Maintain a strong focus on safe work practices
- Using a sit down/counterbalance lift truck to move product within the facility
- Control inventory locations
- Set up work areas to assist with efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

- Comfortable with long periods of sitting, physical, hands-on work
Skills & Requirements:
- Valid lift truck/forklift certification (or ability to attain) and demonstrated safe operating experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating lift trucks in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to safely load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials while preventing product damage.
- Ability to accurately complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse or manufacturing conditions, including exposure to temperature fluctuations.
Physical Requirements
- Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching
- This is a physically demanding role
