Drop Team Supervisor
This position will oversee the efficient counting and collection of all currency in the casino and ensure precise accountability for these items. This role is required to assist in training, developing, and mentoring new Drop Team Members, evaluating their performance, and taking disciplinary measures when necessary. Additional duties include providing fills to the cash cage, entering soft count data, preparing deposits, submitting weekly currency orders, and compiling revenue reports. Ensure the Drop Team maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment while adhering to SEM and BCLC policies and procedures.

Conditions of Employment
The successful candidate will have experience providing excellent customer service and recent experience handling and balancing cash or monetary transactions. Preference may be given to candidates who have data entry experience. The candidate must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Gaming Policy Enforcement Branch, British Columbia, and must be at least 19 years old to work in the Casino.
