Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver / Receiver to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods to and from job site locations, as well as efficiently managing incoming shipments. Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles and trailer to deliver and pick up goods, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load and unload shipments using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet jacks, adhering to proper safety procedures
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing lists, and delivery documentation for accuracy
- Assist with order picking, packaging, and preparing items for shipment in an organized manner
- Maintain a clean and organized loading dock and storage areas to support efficient warehouse distribution
- Collaborate with warehouse staff on order fulfillment, stock replenishment, and inventory management tasks
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or logistics roles with a focus on order fulfillment and inventory control
- Valid forklift certification and proficiency in operating reach trucks or other warehouse equipment an asset
- Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes, including load & unload procedures and order picking techniques
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Ability to operate order pickers safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
