About Mega Supps Mega Supps is a new independent supplement and wellness store opening in Huntsville, Ontario. We are building a modern, customer-focused retail experience centred around quality supplements, fitness, wellness, and helping people reach their goals. As a new business, we’re looking for motivated people who want the opportunity to join us from the beginning and grow with the company. The Position We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Supplement Sales Associate to join the Mega Supps team. You’ll help customers find products that fit their individual goals, provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized store, and contribute to creating the welcoming, knowledgeable atmosphere we want Mega Supps to be known for.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
Help customers select products based on their needs and goals
Learn about supplements, products, and brands carried by Mega Supps
Process customer purchases and operate the point-of-sale system
Receive, stock, and organize inventory
Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays
Build relationships with customers and contribute to a positive store environment
Assist with promotions, events, and the continued growth of Mega Supps to be known for.
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, dependable, and motivated attitude Interest in fitness, supplements, health, or wellness Willingness to learn about products and help educate customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Retail or sales experience is an asset but not required Supplement knowledge is an asset but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
