Responsibilities
System Feedback & Support
- Gather and report on issues related to business systems. Work closely with IT and other support teams to resolve system-related challenges.
- Warehouse Personnel Management: Define and monitor the responsibilities of warehouse staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and adherence to standards.
- Implement strategies to optimize staff performance and identify areas for improvement.
Onsite Issue Management
- Promptly respond to onsite requests, such as order pickups.
- Maintain warehouse order and address any safety concerns.
- Proactively identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks to streamline warehouse operations.
Workflow Optimization
- Continuously assess and improve site layout and workflow design for maximum efficiency and reduced operational delays.
- Coordinate with other business departments to ensure alignment and smooth operation across teams.
Business Process Improvement
- Analyze, design, and refine operational processes for optimal efficiency, safety, and performance.
- Collect feedback on urgent issues and initiate improvements based on insights to enhance warehouse processes continuously.
Requirements
- Mandarin proficiency is required.
- Experience with package sorting and order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving role is preferred.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a significant advantage. Strong mechanical knowledge to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
