On Track HVAC is actively hiring experienced Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanics, HVAC Technicians, and hard-working Refrigeration Apprentices for service and installation work.

What You’ll Work On
- Commercial HVAC systems
- Refrigeration systems
- Heat pumps and VRF systems
- Rooftop units (RTUs)
- Walk-in coolers and freezers
- Gas heating equipment
- Ventilation and air handling equipment
- Preventative maintenance and service contracts
- New construction and retrofit projects
Responsibilities
- Install, diagnose, service, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, mechanical, and control systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency service calls
- Install and commission commercial and residential HVAC systems
- Complete accurate service reports and job documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Ensure all work meets safety regulations, building code, and manufacturer specifications
- Support apprentices and work collaboratively with sheet metal and gas technicians
Qualifications Journeyperson / Red Seal Candidates
- Red Seal Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic certification
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Experience with commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Gas license (A or B) considered a strong asset
- Controls/DDC experience considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
Apprentices
- Registered Refrigeration Apprentice preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced field environments
- Positive attitude and reliability are essential
