Job Summary
Performance Exteriors Inc. is looking for a high-energy, reliable Construction Labourer to join our professional installation crew. We specialize in high-quality exterior transformations, and our Labourers are the backbone of our success.

Key Responsibilities
Your performance directly affects the speed and safety of every project. Your daily duties include:
- Site Preparation: Arriving early to load materials, securing tools, and setting up work spaces so the crew can start within 15 minutes of arrival.
- Crew Support: Supplying installers with materials, cutting siding/trim to spec, and staging materials to keep the workflow moving.
- Site Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and safe workspace throughout the day, including regular magnet sweeping for nails and debris management.
- End-of-Day Clean-up: Ensuring the homeowner’s property looks better than when we arrived. This includes a final magnet sweep, stacking materials neatly, and securing all equipment.
- Vehicle Care: Responsible for the daily organization and cleaning of trucks and trailers, ensuring all tools are coiled, strapped, and locked.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Work Ethic: A “hustle” mentality. You stay productive without being told what to do.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and arrive before the scheduled start time, ready to work.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy materials, carry siding, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Proper outdoor apparel to work through the elements.
- Professionalism: Clean appearance and a polite, respectful attitude toward homeowners and teammates.
- Safety Conscious: Strict adherence to PPE requirements (boots, eye protection, etc.) and safe ladder/tool use.
- Coachability: A desire to learn the trade, ask questions, and improve your skills weekly.
