As a Lifeguard, you will play a critical role in preventing incidents, responding to emergencies, and ensuring every swimmer enjoys a safe and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively supervise swimmers and enforce pool rules and safety policies
- Maintain constant vigilance through proactive scanning techniques
- Respond swiftly and effectively to aquatic and medical emergencies
- Administer First Aid and CPR when required
- Conduct routine safety inspections of pool decks and equipment
- Complete accurate daily logs and incident reports
- Provide professional, friendly customer service to residents and guests
- Represent the company with integrity, punctuality, and professionalism
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- ✔ Full summer availability
- ✔ Available to work at least one weekend day
- ✔ Current National Lifeguard (NLS) Certification (required)
- ✔ Open Water Lifeguard Certification (preferred but not required)
- ✔ Standard First Aid with CPR-C Certification (required)
- ✔ Strong communication and decision-making skills
- ✔ Ability to remain calm under pressure
- ✔ Professional attitude and appearance
