We are currently seeking energetic, hard-working Construction Labourers to help us build grain systems on construction sites through rural Ontario. These hands-on positions are part of a small crew based out of Elmira Ontario.
This is for an existing vacancy and is full-time permanent working approximately 50 hours per week on a straight day shift, Monday through Friday. Some travel is required with occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities
- Regular travel around rural Ontario with your construction crew; occasional overnight stays required
- Follow instruction as per Crew Leader and Project Manager, adhering to project specifications
- Assemble and install grain bin systems
- Participate in training for safe work practices, use of equipment, tools and job techniques
- Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and continue to develop a great working culture, with an emphasis on health and safety
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Enjoy physical work and being outdoors year-round
- Are punctual, reliable, and take initiative
- Have experience in construction, agriculture, or landscaping (1+ years)
- Communicate respectfully and work well with a team
