Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipper Receiver/Parts Advisor to join our warehouse team. This role is vital in managing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts and materials. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, and proficiency with warehouse management systems. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where accuracy and safety are paramount, supporting seamless warehouse distribution and order fulfillment operations.
Duties
- Perform Shipping and receiving duties
- Perform Parts advisor duties
- Learn all parts department duties
- Handle warranty related questions and concerns
- Provide and maintain a high standard of customer service excellence
- Assist is providing correct parts for customers and shop technicians
- Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for parts
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities
- Must be detail-oriented and have effective verbal and listening communication skills
- Must have a Valid "G" license with a clean driver abstract record
- Enjoy working with others
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Experience in a car dealership is an asset as well as computer/software cataloging systems
- Organizational skills
- Ability to maintain and perform top level professional integrity and appearance as a Parts Advisor Trainee.

Pay: $24.88-$32.51 per hour
