We're looking for a dependable, on-the-go Operations Runner to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, mobile role: you'll start each morning at our Yorkville office and spend your day moving between locations, meeting guests, inspecting units, restocking supplies, and handling small fixes along the way.
If you're punctual, organized, comfortable talking to people, and happiest when you're not stuck at a desk all day, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Guest key handoffs — meet guests on-site to provide keys and assist with check-in
- Unit inspections — walk units before and after stays to confirm they're in good shape
- Inventory inspections & restocking — check supply levels and replenish essentials across locations
- Basic maintenance — handle light repairs and upkeep (e.g., replacing lightbulbs, minor fixes, resetting equipment)
- Onboarding intakes — complete intake and setup tasks at new and existing property locations
- CRM logging — record activity, updates, and completed tasks in HubSpot in real time
- Daily check-in — report to the Yorkville office each morning to pick up your schedule, keys, and supplies
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual — mornings at the Yorkville office are a must
- Comfortable commuting via TTC (transit card provided)
- Some basic handy/maintenance skills and a willingness to problem-solve on the spot
- Strong customer service and communication skills — you'll be the face guests meet
- Comfortable using a CRM (HubSpot experience preferred)
- A smartphone and comfort with apps for scheduling, messaging, and logging tasks
- Physically able to move between locations and lift/carry supplies
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage a full day across multiple stops
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, short-term rentals, or field operations
- Familiarity with getting around Toronto and the GTA
- Prior HubSpot use
