We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Casual Housekeeper to join our growing team. As a Housekeeper, you will help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming home environments while supporting the health and well-being of our clients. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across multiple client locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living environments by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other household spaces.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, and polishing surfaces to the highest standards.
- Complete laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, ironing, and changing bed linens and towels.
- Organize and replenish household and cleaning supplies while reporting low inventory, maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment concerns promptly.
- Follow all infection prevention and control practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe handling of cleaning products, and established health and safety protocols.
- Respect each client's privacy, dignity, culture, and personal preferences while delivering compassionate, professional, and confidential service.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families through friendly communication and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records as required and communicate any concerns regarding the client's home environment to the appropriate supervisor.
- Travel independently to client homes throughout Edmonton, Leduc, St. Albert, and surrounding communities while maintaining punctuality and reliability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, home care, residential cleaning, or facility cleaning.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, honest, hardworking, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
- Friendly, compassionate, and respectful with a positive, client-focused attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
- Physically able to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive tasks.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence with the ability to travel between client locations.
Required Certifications
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check.
- WHMIS 2015 Certification.
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR (Level C) certification is considered an asset.
