The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Licensed Insurance Advisor to support our insurance operations and client service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, coordinating insurance applications, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial recommendation through policy placement.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in managing the administrative aspects of the insurance process, maintaining strong relationships insurance carriers, and supporting advisors in delivering exceptional service for the clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and submit insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate medical requirements, underwriting requests, and outstanding documentation with clients and carriers.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the application and policy placement process.
- Review applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the status of pending business and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
- Assist with policy delivery, changes, beneficiary updates, and other ongoing service requests.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within internal systems.
- Work collaboratively with financial advisors and administrative staff to support client needs and ensure a high standard of service.
- Stay current on insurance products, carrier processes, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Active life insurance licence in Saskatchewan.
- Experience in insurance administration, client service, or financial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to client service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an asset.
- Industry designations such as CFP or CLU are considered an asset but are not required.

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
