Responsibilities:
- Provide professional hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Perform esthetic services such as facials, waxing, threading, skincare treatments, and other beauty services based on your qualifications.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services and products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Keep up to date with the latest beauty, hair, and skincare trends and techniques.
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments and product recommendations
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally during client interactions
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations preferred
- Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

Pay: $17.20-$30.20 per hour
