What You’ll Do
- Prepare and stock installation trucks for daily jobs.
- Stage equipment, tools, and materials for upcoming installations.
- Complete parts runs and material deliveries.
- Assist technicians on installation and service calls.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and work environment.
- Learn HVAC systems, installation practices, and company standards through hands-on experience.
What We’re Looking For
- G2 Gas Technician License (required).
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- A desire to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.
