Overview of the Position
As a Sales Team Member at Princess Auto, you will help create a fun, safe and unique shopping experience for our customers while working on the sales floor. We call it Royal Service. You will typically spend your day engaging customers in conversation and responding to their questions about our merchandise in person and over the phone. Your goal is to help them find products and solutions for their everyday problems, which turn their ideas into reality. You will also help with merchandising products and keeping the store tidy.
To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Handle customer interactions with diplomacy and tact
