PROtek is looking for an energetic, dependable, and highly organized Full-Time Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our growing office team.
In this role, you will be at the centre of our daily operations. You will communicate with customers, coordinate technician appointments, manage service updates, and help ensure every day runs as smoothly as possible.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by phone and email with professionalism and confidence
- Book service appointments and coordinate technician availability
- Provide customers with updates throughout the repair process
- Maintain organized and accurate customer records
- Work closely with technicians, dispatch, and the office team
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Help resolve customer concerns with patience and a solution-focused approach
