Montorio Homes is searching for a Show home Hostess/ New Home Sales Associate to help support our Area Managers in the Edmonton and surrounding regions.
Are you an excellent communicator who is outgoing and likes helping people? Montorio Homes is looking for a service focused individual to assist our Area Sales Manager working out of our Beaumont showhome starting in July.
You would assist with contract administration, reporting, and minor upkeep of the show home and signs, and greet incoming customers. Hours of the position are: from 3:00 to 8:00 pm, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturday, Sunday, and Statutory holidays.
You would be reporting into the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Area Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Access to a vehicle is needed to travel to various show homes across the city and surrounding areas.
· The successful applicant should be organized and excel at administrative tasks, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and computer administration.
-Experience in the home building industry is considered a strong asset.
