Position Summary
Manhall Consulting Services is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform business data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across operations, recruitment, workforce management, and business development functions. The successful candidate will collect, analyze, interpret, and visualize data from multiple sources while developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that drive organizational efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business systems to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, KPI tracking tools, recurring reports, and ad-hoc analyses to support business and management decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into actionable analytical solutions and reporting frameworks for operational and executive stakeholders.
- Perform workforce, staffing, recruitment, performance, forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and governance through audits, quality assurance processes, data validation procedures, and documentation.
- Maintain databases, reporting standards, and data dictionaries while supporting data management best practices across the organization.
- Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement analytical solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas), and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Experience working with large datasets, developing dashboards, KPI reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Python, R, ETL processes, CRM/ERP systems, or cloud-based analytics platforms is considered an asset.
Pay: $21.50-$27.50 per hour
