Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager specializing in Voice, Data, and Security projects to lead complex initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-level technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies to manage cross-functional teams effectively. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for voice, data, and security initiatives, including infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and security enhancements.
- Execute job take offs & prepare Bill of materials from project drawings
- Gather and analyze requirements through stakeholder engagement to define project scope and objectives.
- Coordinate with technical teams and installation crews
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure deliverables meet project specifications.
- Monitor project risks and issues proactively; implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders at all levels to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and SharePoint; prepare status reports for executive leadership.
- Lead program management efforts for multiple related projects ensuring consistency in approach and resource utilization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within voice, data, or security domains; enterprise software experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS; familiarity with hybrid cloud environments is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; effective time management capabilities are essential.
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels; negotiation skills are advantageous.
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
