Duties
- Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas and pasta according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Handle food preparation tasks including dough stretching, topping placement, and ingredient management
- Cook pizzas and pasta using appropriate methods to ensure optimal taste and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils
- Follow food safety protocols during all stages of meal preparation and handling
- Assist with other food service duties such as serving customers when needed
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to uphold efficient kitchen operations and excellent customer service
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and pizza pasta making in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and hygiene standards
- Ability to serve customers professionally and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent skills in meal preparation, food safety, and kitchen operations
- Experience with food service equipment and tools used in pizza preparation
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
