Job Overview
We are immediately seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented and experienced cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in commercial and residential spaces.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Handle heavy lifting of equipment or materials as needed during the cleaning process.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial and residential cleaning is essential.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
- Open availability required. Hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
