The open role is for an Estimator/Project Coordinator to focus on Construction projects across. The position will report to the Director of Construction, and they will support the PM in overseeing and managing the projects. They will develop relationships with clients, report on cost and pricing trends, support conceptual estimates, assist with Request for Proposals, and visit construction sites to develop an understanding of the activity. The Estimator will coordinate the process and get prices. Finally they will assist the PM in day-to-day operations and work with all project members to support the delivery.
What you'll need to succeed: The successful Estimator/Project Coordinator candidate will have:
- 5+ years in estimating and project coordination in New Building, Heavy Civil, and Landscaping
- Post Secondary Diploma/Degree in engineering, construction management, project management, estimating etc.
-Good communication with ability to work with all levels of employees (Manager to subtrades)
-Proficient with MS Applications and Project Scheduling
-Detail oriented and highly analytical
- Experience working on New builds and Civil construction projects

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
