Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team in Alberta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships in the insurance industry.
Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and present suitable options
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain coverage details and policy options
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential customers
- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums with clients
- Handle sales administration tasks efficiently
- Market insurance products to increase brand visibility
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the insurance sector
- Strong ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Proficiency in telemarketing strategies
- Negotiation skills to secure favorable insurance terms
- Familiarity with sales administration processes
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Insurance General Level 1 license is required
