About Us:
Best Brains is a leading academic enrichment franchise serving students ages 3–14 in Math, English, Abacus, and Coding. Our new South Surrey center is opening soon, and we're building our founding teaching team.
Position: Certified Math and/or English Teacher (Part-Time/Full-Time)
Requirements:
- BC College of Teachers Certificate of Qualification (COQ) — mandatory
- Strong subject knowledge in Math and/or English
- Experience teaching or tutoring children ages 3–14 preferred
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for helping students build strong academic foundations
Responsibilities:
- Deliver small-group and one-on-one instruction using the Best Brains materials
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Create an engaging, supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
