- Delivery and explanation of vehicles sold
- Explain features and technology in vehicles
- Move vehicles for departments
- General lot tasks
- Use computer software

Candidate must have:
- High organizational skills
- Must be customer service oriented
- Go-getter who looks for opportunities to connect with customers and follows through
- Knowledge about cars and willingness to spend time learning about the vehicles we sell
- Energetic, enthusiastic, positive, hard-working, and confident individual
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing,
- Bilingual in French and English
- Computer and technology savvy – must be able to quickly learn new software
- Good phone manners
- Friendly, personable, accommodating and above all professional and calm no matter what the circumstances
- Detail-oriented personality
- Valid Drivers License
Assets:
- Car dealership or automotive experience
- Knowledge of vehicles
- Computer knowledge and usage
- Technological understanding
- Ability to provide exemplary customer service
- Knowledge of vehicles and the automotive industry (not mandatory but a plus!)
- Computer Skills
- A valid, clean, G-class driver’s license.
Embrun Ford will provide training and support to ensure success in this position.
