The right company changes everything.
When your work is valued, leadership is supportive, and growth is real, work feels different. That is exactly what we believe at The Kind Hearted Company.
We are a premium residential cleaning company serving Greater Victoria, and our Residential Division is growing. Our clients are often busy families, seniors, professionals, and people navigating health challenges or difficult seasons of life. They are not simply looking for someone to clean their home, they are looking for peace of mind, and when they invite us in, they are trusting us with their safe space.
That is why we are hiring across our Residential Division at the same time: Residential Cleaners to deliver that standard in the home, and Residential Team Leads and Supervisors to lead, coach, and hold that standard for the whole team. These are fully structured employee positions, not contractor work.
People first. That is not a slogan. It is how we run this company.
