Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine, deep, and move-in/move-out residential cleaning
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks as needed
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the home
- Manage cleaning schedules efficiently to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address cleaning needs or concerns
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- working efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements:
- physically able to perform cleaning duties
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and addressing client needs
- valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required (training provided)
- valid police background check required
