About us: Accurate Supply is a privately owned Canadian company that was established in 1999. For over 25 years we have been strategically located in Nisku, Alberta.
Accurate Supply has grown with the demands of our customers to our existing warehouse facility with over 22,000 square feet of office and warehouse space.
Our sales team with a combined experience of over 85 years is committed to providing products and services that exceed the expectations of our customers.

We also have a branch here named We R Nuts N Bolts and Industrial Supplies, we stock 12,000 different products selling a multitude of fasteners and other hardware.
We maintain an inventory of everyday consumable products and offer our customers the convenience of 24 hour service.
Several of us have rig experience, it really helps when dealing with the customers and gives us an edge.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive incoming sales calls and customer inquiries;
- Review customer requirements and inventory to provide timely and accurate responses;
- Document any order requirement exceptions taken and confirmed;
- Process timely detailed and accurate quotation responses to the customers;
- Follow up on quotes directly with customers or with the support of the outside sales team;
- Expedite orders to ensure customer delivery dates are achieved;
- Source and purchase buy-outs from suppliers that can meet customer requirements at the best cost while achieving the required quality level;
- Maintain excellent communications with internal departments, customers, and suppliers;
- Continuously improve product knowledge;
- Participate in on call rotation
Requirements and Qualifications
- Rig and/or field experience is REQUIRED
- Professional demeanor
- Comfortable with technology in general, proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP software.
- High school diploma
- Proficient with computers and other standard office technology
- Physical ability to lift 10-25 pounds and sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl repeatedly
- Superior organizational and communication skills

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
