Property Management Assistant
Commercial & Strata Portfolio | Full-Time
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Property Management Assistant to support the administration of a portfolio of commercial and commercial strata properties. This role works closely with Property Managers, Accounting, and Leasing, providing essential coordination and administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
● Provide administrative support for a portfolio of commercial and strata properties
● Maintain accurate tenant and building files
● Prepare correspondence, including cover letters and notices
● Assist in the preparation of financial reports and meeting packages
● Coordinate accounts receivable follow-ups with Property Managers and Accounting
● Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes
● Complete strata-related documentation, including liaising with purchasers, lawyers, and notaries
● Prepare tenant welcome packages
● Respond to tenant and owner inquiries in a professional and timely manner
● Assist in obtaining vendor quotes and coordinating services
● Attend daytime council meetings as required
● Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
● Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a property management or related administrative role
● Strata Management License is considered an asset
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
● High level of accuracy and attention to detail
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits
● Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
● Discretionary bonus program
● Three (3) weeks of vacation to start
