We are looking for an organized, personable, and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Sales and Customer Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping both customers and colleagues succeed.
About the Role
As an Sales and Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will communicate with customers by phone and email, manage customer information within our CRM system, assist with follow-up activities, and help ensure an excellent customer experience.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, professional, and enjoys helping customers while supporting a busy and collaborative sales team.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through phone and email communication.
- Conduct customer follow-up calls regarding promotions, account activity, product information, and general support.
- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and activities within our CRM system.
- Assist the sales team with account support, customer communications, and follow-up activities.
- Help identify opportunities to re-engage customers and strengthen relationships.
- Coordinate trade show, event, and promotional follow-up.
- Respond to customer inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team members when needed.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to support customer needs.
- Ensure customer information remains accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience at every interaction.
A Successful Candidate Will Have
- Experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, inside sales, or a related role.
- Experience working with CRM software and maintaining customer records.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers by phone and email.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
Assets
- Call centre experience.
- Experience working in wholesale, retail, distribution, or customer account management environments.
- Experience supporting a sales team.
